Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is incorrect or does not match the description.
  • The product is defective or has quality issues.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery, we will require your Bank or Mobile Banking details.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a faulty item, we will provide a free replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
